This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the respondent herein to return the petitioner's jewel which has been pledge by the petitioner in the respondent bank in loan account No. 6211096018, in the light of his representation dated 16.04.2015.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer and I am inclined to direct the respondent to consider representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2015, for return of jewels and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
