ORDER
This Criminal Revision Petition is filed to call for the records connected with order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi in Cr.MP.3380 of 2021 in CC.58/21 dated 22.06.2022 and set aside the same.
2. When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself fairly submitted that PW-1 to PW-4 have already been examined and in the meanwhile, the case has been transferred from the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi, to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Avudaiyarkoil, in C.C.No.239 of 2024.
3. The same is confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.S.Ravi.
4. Recording the same, this Court hereby direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil, to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months.
