2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband died on 28.02.2005, which has been correctly recorded in the death certificate originally issued by the respondents. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondents to make necessary correction in the register as to the date of death as 28.02.2005 instead of 03.03.2005 and the same shall be uploaded in the new certificate. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
