PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.279/2022 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/3

16.07.2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 307, 302 and 506(ii) and r/w Section 149 of IPC, in crime No.279 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused persons assembled unlawfully with deadly weapons, abused the defacto complainant's brother in filthy language and assaulted him with an intention to murder him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the this petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 16.07.2022.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that seven previous cases are pending against the petitioner, out of which two cases are murder cases and the committal proceedings is pending.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this 2/3
