ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5696 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition No.(vi).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5696 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
