ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking consideration of representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2021 to survey and fix boundaries of the property of the petitioner situated in S.No.964/l2A3, measuring 1.39 acres in patta No.1164 in Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2. The petitioner had actually given an earlier representation and pursuant to that, the second respondent / Tahsildar had issued a notice fixing the date 10.11.2021 as a date for conducting survey. However, it could not be happened. Now this writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to conduct survey.

3. Let the petitioner file a fresh application through online and if required also pay necessary charges. If it is so done, a direction is given to the second respondent to take the assistance of the third respondent, issue notice to the petitioner and issue notice to the adjacent land owners M.Balasubramanian and S.Subash Chandra Bose @ Mohan and also to any other interested persons and proceed to conduct survey in the land of the petitioner. The second respondent may also take note of objections if any. If some reason, he decides not to conduct survey, he may give the reasons in writing. If he decides to conduct survey, the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of fresh application filed by the petitioner.
4. With the said observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
