ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a money dispute between the third respondent and one Kannan. Over which, a case in Crime No.185 of 2022 has been registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC, to which the petitioner is not an accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that no harassment will be made to the petitioner in future.

4. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police and also considering the fact that no complaint has been registered against this petitioner, this matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
