Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent Sub Collector in Na.Ka.No.A3/9591/2012 dated 20.12.2012, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the bridges across the stream bearing Sy.Nos.989/2 and 999/2 situated at Vijayanarayanam Zone III Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, so as to enable the petitioner and other agriculturists to carry on the agricultural activities in the agriculture lands situated behind the fifth respondent's land.
