Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) for R1 to R4.

2. According to the petitioner, the petition mentioned house belonged to her husband and following his demise, it devolved on her. She alleges that her sister-in-law is interfering with her possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned property. If that be so, the only remedy open to the petitioner is to move the jurisdictional civil Court. The question of filing a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for police protection does not arise at all. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
