Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today i.e., 03.03.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that though the sale was fixed on 26.09.2022, there was no bidder and therefore, the sale could not be proceeded with. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
