ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to remove the septic tank put up by the respondents on petitioner's property at Trichy District, K.Abishekapuram Village, Nanjai Resurvey number 263/1, 263/5, 264/, 264/2 in which house site layout formed under the name and style of Arockyamadha Avenue, plot nos.69/A, admeasuring 3380 square feet in the light of his representation dated 23.06.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents have constructed a septic tank on the petitioner's patta land. Under these circumstances, the petitioner appears to have submitted a representation to the respondents on 23.06.2025, which has not evoked any response from the respondents so far.

3. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission by directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025 as expeditiously as possible 2/4

preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
