ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner to put up a compound wall in her land situated at Resurvey No.305/2, Mannoor Thesam, Arumanai Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering petitioner's representation, dated 19.03.2018.

2. Based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent has conducted enquiry and closed the same as Civil in nature and therefore, the petitioner sought for the prayer cannot be granted.
