ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioners life and limb on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 14.08.2023 within time frame fixed by this Court. 2.According to the counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent was convicted in a murder case, wherein, and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. After serving of sentence period, now he is released from the prison and frequently coming to his house and making trouble. The third respondent is present before this Court today and stated that because of some issue over landed property, trouble has arisen between them. Now, he is in Chennai. He assured that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner in future. To that effect, he has also filed an undertaking affidavit. Based upon the undertaking affidavit, advising the parties maintain the peace, the complaint was closed. 2/4

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands disposed of, as nothing survives for further consideration. 05.12.2023 NCC :
