ORDER

This Court in W.P(MD).No.19523 of 2024 passed detailed order directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if the amount will not be paid, then the respondents are at liberty to proceed further auction on the basis of the notice already issued, as per law. However, without complying the said order, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for the same cause of action.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition, which clearly indicates that the order of this Court has not been complied with.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The respondents are at liberty to proceed further as per law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
