PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 and 5 in the public pathway situated "Thenvadal" in Old Survey No.359/1 and New Survey No.424/18 at Kamaraj Nagar 1st Street, Natham, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remove the encroachments made by the private respondents in the public pathway namely, "Thenvadal" situated in Old Survey No.359/1 and New Survey No.424/18 at Kamaraj Nagar 1st Street, Natham, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that there are no encroachments in the above said public pathway as projected by the petitioner.

3. The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. [R.M.D., J.] [J.S.N.P., J.] vsm 10.10.2022
