..Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, relating to the Detention Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Detention Order P.D. No.115/2022 dated 28.08.2022 and to quash the same and direct the Respondent to produce the body or person of the detenu, Natrajan (aged 21), Son of Sekar, before this Court and set him at liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Trichy.

herein, has already been revoked by the competent authority. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.

2. The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
