The petitioner has challenged the I.D.No.29 of 2012 and to direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner and pay arrears of wages from 01.06.2004 to 19.12.2010. The Labour Court has declined and aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that V.L.C Company is a defunct Company and as on date it has been wound up. There was a balance amount to the tune of Rs.20,472/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Two only), which was available to the petitioner at the time of winding the company.

4. This Court is directing the respondent to pay the amount within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is directed to pay the amount through Demand Draft and send it through Registered Post with Acknowledge Due (RPAD) to the petitioner.

5. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
