ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 29.11.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS act,Madurai vide the letter in D.No.629 dated 10.11.2023,this Court made the following order: This Criminal Original Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.56 of 2019. 1/3

2. The learned Judge, II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of vases under NDPS Act, Madurai, sent a letter dated 10.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of C.C.No.56 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 17.07.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.56 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
