PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5973/A2/2012 dated 24.05.2014 quash the same and further direct the respondents 1-3 herein to grant forthwith the No Objection Certificate for the establishment of the petitioner's school . ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 3rd respondent herein, under which he has refused to grant approval to the petitioner to run the school.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner has transferred the school and the properties by way of a registered sale deed, dated 21.08.2019 in favour of one Leo Charitable Trust. The said purchaser has started a school under the name and style of St.Assisi Matriculation 2/4

School and the management has also been transferred in the name of the new purchaser. The Director of Matriculation School has also granted approval and the said school is running.

3. In view of the subsequent events, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 29.11.2022 Index :
