Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.10175 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 03.10.2025 bearing reference Ni.Mu.P.T.R.121/2025/A1 has been produced before this Court.
