ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint that the third respondent has received money with an assurance that he would arrange a job and thereafter, he cheated him. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on his complaint.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the complaint of the petitioner was forwarded by the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City to the second respondent. The second respondent has conducted an enquiry and closed the same that it is a money dispute. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the third respondent 2/4

received money for the construction purpose and complaint has been lodged that it has been given for the purpose of arranging job. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
