This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.162 of 2018 registered on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, R.S.Mangalam Police Station, Ramanathapuram for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report was already filed on 20.12.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (ii) of IPC. The offence under Section 324 of IPC has been deleted.
