This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition Nos.1 and 2 of the anticipatory bail order dated 16.09.2022 imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.2828 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition Nos.1 and 2 imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2828 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, is modified to the effect that "(i) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.22 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul; and (ii) After making payment and on production of acknowledgement for payment, the petitioner/accused shall in the event of arrest by the respondent or her surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.
II, Dindigul within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail on executing a bond along with two sureties each for a like sum of Rs.15,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul". In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, shall remain unaltered.
