ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the interim order passed by this Court on 12.09.2022. As per the said order, an order of interim stay was granted, forbearing the authorities from taking possession of the fair price shop.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the order was passed on 12.09.2022, possession was forcibly taken on 13.09.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on written instructions submits that in compliance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the administration and possession of the concerned fair price shop has already been handed over to the writ petitioner's Sangam.

4. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for. The Contempt Petition stands closed.
