Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.13359 of 2021, dated 03.08.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, has produced a proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.1/258/2020, dated 30.09.2022, and submitted that the order of this Court, dated 03.08.2021, made in W.P. (MD)No.13359 of 2021, is complied with.
