Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) clarified that the petitioner's brother is facing criminal cases but the petitioner has not come under the adverse notice of the respondent. He made it clear that the petitioner has not been harassed and that he will not be harassed in future.
