The present writ petition has been filed challenging a demand notice issued by the second respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.444/- and Rs.13,104/- towards short levy.
2.According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the demand notice impugned in the writ petition has already been complied with by the writ petitioner and the amount has been deposited. 3.In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
