None appears for the petitioner. This writ petition, however, is liable to be dismissed for two reasons. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner had come to this Court at the stage of show cause notice itself. Secondly, the petitioner is no more. He had passed away on 11.04.2019. Copy of the death certificate has been produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. It stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
