O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 police not to harass the petitioners.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioners are the owners of the house property, where they are residing and the respondent No.3 has filed a false complaint against the petitioners and thereby, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 police have been harassing the petitioners to execute the document in favour of respondent No.3 in respect of the house property and therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that earlier basing on the complaint given by the respondent No.3 received from CM-Cell, which was registered as C.No.68/COP/PG/ACP/SG/MC/23, an enquiry was conducted, wherein the petitioners and the unofficial respondent No.3 have appeared and after conducting the full-fledged enquiry, the said complaint received from the CM-Cell was closed by advising the parties to approach the civil Court to resolve 2/4

their disputes. Subsequently, another complaint was filed to the higher ups and the same is under enquiry and it is submitted that the said petition is also being closed, as the earlier similar application received from the CM-Cell was closed. The same is recorded.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the pending enquiry will also be closed, no further directions can be given in this case and accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
