Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the sale deed dated 10.09.2009 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2013. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the sale deed, dated 10.09.2009 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2013.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the request of the petitioner was considered by the second respondent herein and he has passed an order, dated 28.04.2016. The said order of the second respondent was also confirmed by the first respondent herein. 2/5

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed O.S.No.96 of 2021 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Trichy. The petitioner is granted liberty to vindicate his grievances before the Civil Court.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.11.2022 Index :
