Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.The revision petitioner questions the order dated 24.06.2024 made in I.A.No.38 of 2023 in O.S.No.45 of 2021 for impleading her. The petitioner is a subsequent purchaser. O.S.No.45 of 2021 is a suit for partition. The petitioner should be happy that she has been impleaded. Her rights can be adequately protected. Her vendors obviously will be entitled to some allotment. The petitioner can seek equity of adjustment. The impugned order has been appropriately passed. Interference is not warranted. The civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
