ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the District Collector under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 as against the writ petitioner, who was Panchayat President at that point of time. The tenure of the Panchayat President had expired. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
