JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is by wife challenging a decree for divorce granted in H.M.C.M.A.No.01 of 2018 on the file of the District Court, Sivagangai.

2. It is stated that during the pendency of the appeal, parties have entered into a compromise and agreed for divorce. Pursuant to the same, the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act in D.V.C.No.22 of 2017 and under Section 498(A) of I.P.C in C.C.No.13 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, have also been withdrawn by the parties.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
