ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate steps to close the well to prevent unfortunate accidents.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation is under consideration. The well belongs to a private party, namely Pandiyarajan and he has already been issued with notice. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Court is directing the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
