ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner as against the fourth respondent, enquiry has been initiated and the same is pending. 3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, 2/4

conduct enquiry and take a decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
