ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the District Collector withdrawing the check signing power of the writ petitioner, who was the Vice President of the Village Panchayat at that point of time. The tenure of the writ petitioner had expired. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 2/4

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
