Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.5753 of 2021, dated 15.03.2021, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner though endorsed the said submission, raised certain objection with regard to the calculation of interest for the commutation amount. However, the respondents Corporation shall furnish a copy of the calculation memo arrived by them to the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if so advised.
