ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from harassing him.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that the petitioner is having bad antecedents. It is seen that the petitioner was convicted under Section 75 of the Tamil Nadu City Police Act and that case in Crime No.946 of 2017 on the file of the Woraiyur Police Station is still https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19023 of 2021 pending. The respondents have to deal with the petitioner only in the manner known to law.

3. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
