This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein to consider the representation dated 17.11.2018 and alter the offences under Sections 376 and 506 (i) IPC. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. So it has been listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. The official from the second respondent is present before this Court and produced CD file. Perusal of CD file shows that on earlier occasion, the accused K.L.Ramakrishnan has moved a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21317 of 2018 to quash the proceedings against him which came to be dismissed by this Court on 26.11.2019.
