ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 18.07.2023 passed in unnumbered Tr.O.P.No...... of 2023 and direct the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, to number the unnumbered Tr.O.P.No.... of 2023.

2.According to the revision petitioner, he filed the above said Tr.O.P before the Principal District Court, Thanjavur, to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.267 of 2019 from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur, for joint and simultaneous trial with G.O.P.No.133 of 2021 on the file of the District Court, Thanjavur. The said petition was returned stating that how the above application is maintainable. Thereafter, the petitioner rectified the defects and represented the same and again, the trial Court has returned the same. Hence, the present civil revision petition is filed.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, to number the Tr.O.P.No..... of 2023, if it is otherwise in order and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a cop of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
