ORDER

The order of rejection rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner to appoint him as Hospital worker in Sidha department is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The writ petitioner was appointed as Masdoor in the erstwhile Tamil Nadu Asbestos (Pipes). In view of the fact that the factory itself was closed and the petitioner was retrenched in the year 2008. subsequently, he made an application to the authorities to appoint him in the post of Hospital worker in Sidha Hospital. W.P.(MD).No.3661 of 2014 3.This Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner was engaged as Mazdoor in the Tamil Nadu Asbestos and he was retrenched in the year 2008. Even at the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was age about 55 years and now, he was around 60 years. Thus, there is no scope for reappointing the petitioner in Government services.

4.This being the factum, no further consideration is required and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
