The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the third respondent, wherein a show cause notice was issued to the writ petitioner calling upon him to explain as to why his contract should not be cancelled for non-completion of the work. 2.The learned Government Counsel appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner has completed the work and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed.
