ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry based upon the third respondent / complainant.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.323 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.
3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
