Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to strike off the proceedings in DVC No.98 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 04.10.2024, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai vide letter in D.No.930 / 2025 dated 09.07.2025, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 04.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.98 of 2024 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.930/2025, dated 09.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 04.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months 2/4

time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 04.10.2024.
