ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC, in 1/3

Crime No.15 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the property was given to the defacto complainant. However, A-1 being brother of the defacto complainant arranged some other person to impersonate as the owner of the property and has executed document. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.The role played by the petitioner as per the prosecution is that he only undertook to arrange the concerned lady, who stood as Vijay Lakshmi and the said person is said to be figured out.
