This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 22.11.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner sought for police protection on the basis of the representation dated 22.11.2018 and hence, due to lapse of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
time, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
