This petition has been filed to direct the the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other competent agency under the supervision of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed on 25.06.2018 as 'further action dropped'.
