O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police to initiate action basing on the representations given by the petitioner dated 05.07.2023 and 07.08.2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner being a staff nurse has deposited a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- in two installments with Santhi Multi Speciality Hospital, who have assured the petitioner and other depositors that they will pay 36% with interest and free medical treatment. It is also submitted that in order to make the deposit in the said Company, the petitioner has borrowed a loan from the Nationalized Bank for which she has been paying EMIs even now. It is submitted that after the death of one Dr.Poornachandran, one of the Directors, the said Company has gone into losses on account of mismanagement and in order to get over the 2/6
pressure from various depositors, on 06.09.2020, a Notification was issued by the Directors to form a committee to settle the disputes. It is also submitted that the Police have failed to take any steps, thereby, a sale agreement was allegedly executed in respect of some other property by the management in favour of one Manikkam and if the property is transferred to the third parties, the petitioner will be put to loss.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that the enquiry is being initiated, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner and the summons are issued to the petitioner to appear on 24.08.2023 and that he has been giving instructions to the Officers present in the Court to take action immediately and go ahead with the registration of the case, if necessary.
4. Since the action has already been initiated on the complaints given by the petitioner, no further directions are required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, in case the petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, she is at liberty to 3/6
approach this Court again. The respondents Police are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2023 and 07.08.2023. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
