PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to revoke petitioner temporary suspension order vide Roc.B1/1585/2008, dated 29.03.2008, and reinstate petitioner in service and allow him to retire after completing his service and grant all retirement monetary benefits to petitioner by considering his representation dated 04.04.2025, and dispose the same within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Village Administrative Officer seeking a mandamus to revoke his suspension order dated 29.03.2008. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner was placed under suspension by way of proceedings dated 29.03.2008, while he was about to attain superannuation on 31.03.2008.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry as against the petitioner has been completed and a report has been submitted on 20.12.2023. The second respondent is the competent authority to pass orders.
4.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
