This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from compelling the petitioner to execute the security bond under Chapter VIII of CrPC.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due process of law will be followed. According to him, notice under Section 111 of CrPC has already been issued.
